Kris- Thank you! When we got to Wilderness lodge they upgraded up to the Wilderness Villas and they were so nice! Your suggestion for all the shows,parks and parades were right on and great and saved us time and energy! You were also right about the dining! I received information regarding dining, hotels and parks that helped us maximize our time and money spent at Disney. All the information about reservations and the magical express was easy to understand, organized and arrived in a timely manner!
My travel agent, Kristen Bravate, went over and above the call of duty. She was available 24/7, and answered every question I had. She knew more about Disney World than the cast members who work there! She recommended restaurants that I hadn't yet tried, and now they are one of my family's favorites. She even helped us with our touring plans- even which order we should ride the rides to avoid crowds! She was phenomenal. I couldn't praise her services and attentiveness hightly enough!
We had a grand gathering and Kris was very helpful in providing us with extra perks for this event. We all stayed for 5-6 nights and took in all the festivities with ease!
