Hi!  I’m Nancy!

I have been a Disney travel planner for 5+ years now and have helped over 1,000 families plan their dream vacations to both Disneyland in California and Disney World in Florida!

Because of my own numerous trips to Florida, I have spent over 3,000 hours in the Disney theme parks within the last 9 years.  As a result, I can provide you with the most current info. on this ever-changing destination.

From the moment that I first saw Disney World in Florida, I fell in love with the magical and enchanting atmosphere! I was only a child at the time, but the Disney magic had woven its spell on me!  My largest disappointment is when I see and hear people not enjoying their trips to Disney World.  At first, I couldn’t understand why? Then, I realized that most families were walking aimlessly around the theme parks, not knowing which attractions to see, waiting in never-ending lines, being turned away by the popular (and good!) restaurants, missing the entertaining shows, and emerging from the theme parks exhausted, frustrated, and vowing never to return again. This depresses me greatly because they have missed out on a wonderful experience and spent hundreds of dollars a day only to emerge disappointed.

My experience with Nancy was remarkable. She was well organized, thoughtful, insightful, articulate, and had oustanding customer service. She created a guide to Disney that I would have never been able to do myself. She included tips that I did not know. I would not go back to Disney without her help. Without her I would have not been able to see everything I wanted to plus so much more. It was a great thought out plan that accomodated my every need.

Nancy  has done a great job with guidelines for our trip to Disney World.  After having us answer questions dealing with when we were traveling, which parks we wanted to visit and places we needed to visit, Nancy wrote up with very detailed information.  First there was an overview of the time we were going to be at DW and then she did a more detailed day by day, telling when the best time to see shows to certain rides, to parades & fireworks.  There was many wonderful tips, where to stand for shows or parades, places to eat, times to be places and also about using Fastpasses.  I would recommend Nancy to others.  Very detailed and easy to read and follow.
