Hi there! My name is Sherry. I am a mother and wife who is completely devoted to my family.

I also work at a private university in northwest Ohio.

For as long as I can remember I have been a Disney fan. From the very first movie I ever saw in a theater (Snow White) to decorating my own theater room at home (Walt Disney World theme!) I have had a love for Disney my entire life.

While I was growing up, my family visited Walt Disney World and Disneyland several times. I was always enchanted by the magical feeling that I had every time we walked through the front gates. It was almost like coming home. I just felt like this was my very own special place.

When I started dating my husband, he did not understand my Disney obsession. One of the first things he told me when we were dating was “We are not going to take vacations every year like your parents do.” And for the first several years of our marriage we did not. In 1999 when our oldest daughter was 7 years old she was granted a wish through the Make-A-Wish foundation and her wish was “Disney World!” Thus, my husband and I and our 2 children embarked on a dream come true vacation. About halfway through that trip my husband blurted out “Now I see why you love Disney so much!” Ever since then he has been almost as hooked as me!

In 2006 we took what I call our “do it right” vacation to Disney. We stayed at a Disney resort, purchased the dining plan, and spent 8 wonderful days where we didn’t even leave Disney property. It was truly magical. Since that visit in 2006 we have been to Walt Disney World 8 times. Every visit is just as magical as the last.
