The Barnstormer

The Barnstormer stars the Great Goofini and is the park’s smallest roller coaster and will probably be the first your kids will get on once they reach 35 inches tall. Before a roller coaster was built here this plot of land was actually used for Grandma ducks petting zoo.

The Barnstormer first opened with Toontown in 1996 and then got rethemed for Storybook Circus. It’s one of the few traces of Toontown left because the track itself has remained exactly the same.

The surrounding decor has changed slightly though, dotted around the attraction are props that pay homage to those wacky how-to animated shorts featuring Goofy. This is a fun little coaster that’s great for first-timers to get a little thrill on. The attraction does offer FastPass+ but I wouldn’t put it at the top of my list only because there are so many fantastic options in this park. Lines can build up in the busy season here so I say enjoy this one around sunset time.
