Disney’s Hollywood Studios has new Spring Treats available in the parks. Disney chefs created 8 new desserts that embody the beauty and flavor of Spring. If you have a sweet tooth you definitely want to check these out! Disney is calling these new desserts their “Sweet Treats” series and its only here for a limited time.
What’s the first flavor you think of when you think of Spring? Strawberries right? Now imagine tasting strawberries, cheesecake, and cannoli all in one bite. Dip the ends in white chocolate and cover it in pastel rainbow sprinkles and you have a delicious Strawberry Cheesecake Cannoli.
This cannoli just looks like Spring in dessert form! You can get this Spring Sweet Treat at PizzeRizzo’s near the Muppets 3D show. This Strawberry Cannoli will cost you $5.29 .
MINT CHOCOLATE CHIP CHEESECAKE
I’m sure you can guess where this next chocolaty dessert is from. The white chocolate wafer emblazoned with the ABC logo is a dead give away. ABC Commissary has one of the best menu options in Hollywood Studios. In fact the next two Sweet Treats can BOTH be found there.
Lets get started with the Mint Chocolate Chip Cheesecake for $5.49. A dark chocolate ganache and minty chocolate chip cream cover a chocolate cheesecake base. Your feeling hungry all of a sudden aren’t you?
This delicate curd filled Mango Passionfruit has a whipped raspberry vanilla bean panna-cotta and graham cracker crust. Its dusted with dehydrated strawberry, toasted coconut and passion fruit.
With the gorgeous Spring weather we have been having you could take your Sweet Treat right on outside and sit at one of the umbrella tables, or if your up to it go around the corner and keep Dinosaur Gertie company over by the lagoon on one of benches.
BANANA FUDGE LUNCHBOX TART
Over at Woody’s Toy Box you can round up this fun snack for just $4.29. This Banana Fudge Lunch Box Tart is a peanut butter and fudge stuffed pastry with a banana fondant icing on top. I love the banana chips and pastel rainbow sprinkles on top.
CHOCOLATE COVERED APPLE
If you love a certain well known candy bar and love chocolate covered apples you need to stop over at the Trolley Car Café. This Granny Smith Apple is covered in dark chocolate. Marshmallow ears and peanut candy bar coated bottom make this a popular option for $10.99
BEAUTY AND THE BEAST ROSE
Catalina Eddies wants you to Be Their Guest and try this beautiful dark chocolate mouse with black current and cherry filling. This rich dessert sits atop a chocolate shortbread cookie base and whipped cookies. Golden chocolate covered cocoa nibs nestled into the rose’s center crown this regal looking confection. Priced at $5.79 this one is Insta worthy for sure.
While you’re waiting on that Tower of Terror return time head over to Rosie’s All American Café and pick up this Smores Cupcake for $5.99 . This fudge filled cupcake has a graham cracker buttercream icing, toasted marshmallows and an adorable little mini chocolate bar on top!
ORANGE BLOSSOM SHAKE
Over at Hollywood Scoops is the ultimate Spring Sweet Treat. This Orange Cream Milkshake is great way to cool down and get that sugar buzz going. Its topped with an orange scented doughnut and whip cream with orange flavored chocolate shavings. The doughnut soaks up all the orange cream shake adding to its deliciousness . Here are some of my favorite things to bring on my WDW Travels!
Thank you for reading this article. I hope you found it helpful as you plan your magical vacation. Here are some things that I used on my own magical trips and I hope you’ll also find them helpful as well.
These are affiliate links, so if you do decide to use any of them, I’ll earn a commission. But in all honesty, these are the exact items that I use and recommend to everyone, even my own family.
General Carry Items: These are probably some of the most important things that everyone should have with them at Disney World.
A Good Pair of Disney Sunglasses – (I use this cheap pair all the time)
Every Day Chapstick – (I always have this on me anyway)
Sunscreen – (This is my Every Day Carry Sunscreen Ladies)
Park Bag: I’ve seen lots of people go to Disney World and make the simple mistake of not coming prepared. You can pick up a nice Loungefly park bag like this one and save the day for your family.
A Good Pair Of Sandals: Ladies, there’s nothing like a good pair of sandals like these in the parks. That way when it rains and your feet get wet you aren’t stuck walking around in a wet pair of sneakers all day.
Portable Neck Fans: These are just the most amazing little invention that you NEED to have at least for the kiddos. They charge via USB and are highly recommended, especially if you are going in the summer heat. You can check them out over here on Amazon.
Planning Your Trip: I know that planning a trip can be a lot. If you want more help planning your next trip I 100% recommend using The Vacationeer as a travel agent. They go above and beyond for their clients and they are the only ones that I can say that I would trust to plan my family’s travel.
Moving Near Disney!?: Well, we did! And we could not have done it without the help of our Realtor Victor Nawrocki! Victor knows the area and all the little ins and outs that no one else will tell you. He’s not just here to sell you a house, he wants you to actually enjoy living here! If you want to talk with an EXPERT about living near Disney World then I highly suggest you give Victor a call today at 407-340-9375 or check out all his links at disneyatyourdoorstep.com.
