After Hours Disney Boo Bash is taking place on select nights from August 10th to October 31st at The Magic Kingdom. The party replaced Mickeys Not-So-Scary Halloween party in the park. Online purchases can be purchased for between $129 and $199 based on the child or adult ticket price and tax per person. Exclusive menus and beverages are offered for events but no exclusive merchandise.
How big is the Boo Bash?
Boo Bash is listed as an after hours event instead of a party. This means that there will be even more limited capacity than when Disney would offer Halloween Parties. While there isn’t a confirmed number of tickets available we can tell you that even on sold out night of the event, there are not a lot of people.
Hours, dates and general information
The BOO Bash is held in Magic Kingdom on select nights from August 10th, 2021 through October 31st, 2021. The event takes place from 9:30PM to 12:30AM on select nights in August and September. On most other nights in September and October, the event starts at 9PM to 12AM. With your ticket you are able to get into he parks starting at 7PM to have a couple of hours with day guests. The cost of tickets depends on the night that you attend. The earlier dates in August will be cheaper than dates in October, with Halloween night being the most expensive.
Crowds & Wait Times
Like we said crowds are very limited and that makes for very ow wait times. From what we have seen, most of the rides are walk on. It should be noted that the wait times are not listed in the Mu Disney Experience App once the park closes to day guests. This give you a really great opportunity to get in a lot of rides in a short amount of time.
When you arrive at the park you should look for the cast members dressed in Halloween attire. they will scan you r ticket and give you a wrist band. This identifies you as an after hours guest as they will be checking for this once the park closes and they are trying to get day guests out of the park. If you are an AP and were already in the parks before 7PM you can go to one of two locations to get your wrist band. There are stands at Space Ranger Spin and Tortuga Tavern.
Disney has created an event map to help you find attractions and food offerings as well as trick or treat locations.
You will be able to see some of your favorite characters durring the event.

Here are some of my favorite things to bring on my WDW Travels!
Thank you for reading this article. I hope you found it helpful as you plan your magical vacation. Here are some things that I used on my own magical trips and I hope you’ll also find them helpful as well.
These are affiliate links, so if you do decide to use any of them, I’ll earn a commission. But in all honesty, these are the exact items that I use and recommend to everyone, even my own family.
General Carry Items: These are probably some of the most important things that everyone should have with them at Disney World.
A Good Pair of Disney Sunglasses – (I use this cheap pair all the time)
Every Day Chapstick – (I always have this on me anyway)
Sunscreen – (This is my Every Day Carry Sunscreen Ladies)
Park Bag: I’ve seen lots of people go to Disney World and make the simple mistake of not coming prepared. You can pick up a nice Loungefly park bag like this one and save the day for your family.
A Good Pair Of Sandals: Ladies, there’s nothing like a good pair of sandals like these in the parks. That way when it rains and your feet get wet you aren’t stuck walking around in a wet pair of sneakers all day.
Portable Neck Fans: These are just the most amazing little invention that you NEED to have at least for the kiddos. They charge via USB and are highly recommended, especially if you are going in the summer heat. You can check them out over here on Amazon.
Planning Your Trip: I know that planning a trip can be a lot. If you want more help planning your next trip I 100% recommend using The Vacationeer as a travel agent. They go above and beyond for their clients and they are the only ones that I can say that I would trust to plan my family’s travel.
