Which disney park is best

Disneyland is often referred to as the happiest place on Earth. However, with so many fans all across the world, one park is hardly enough. There are a total of 12 different Disney parks across the globe, spanning six different resorts. If you’re as big of a Disney fan as I am, this fact may have you wondering, which Disney Park is the best?

Disneyland was the first Disney park ever built. Due to its historical legacy, many people consider Disneyland to be the original and best Disney Park. However, each Disney Park is unique with different themes and attractions. Since they are all so different, it would be unfair to label one better than the other. Ultimately, all of it boils down to subjective taste.

The Disney parks are wonderful not just because of the fun rides, but also because of the narrative behind them. All the Disney parks bring to life some of our favorite Disney movies and characters. Furthermore, the mystical life of Walt Disney makes roaming these parks all the more exciting. If you’d like to know more about the best Disney parks in the world, keep reading.

Planning The Best Disney Park Visit

Going to a Disney park is like going on an adventure. To enjoy your adventure to its full extent, preparation is key. Here are a few things you should keep in mind while planning your Disney Park visit.

Comfortable Attire

There are two things you need to consider while choosing your outfit: aesthetics and comfort. Disney Parks are beautiful and have the best locations for pictures, so make sure to wear a nice outfit that will look nice in pictures.

However, you should also keep in mind that you will spend most of your visit in a Disney park waiting in line. So make sure your outfit is comfortable and appropriate for the weather. Wear shoes that are easy to walk in. If you go during the summer, don’t forget to take sunblock or a cap with you.

Fixing A Schedule

Disney parks are busy at all times of the year. If you do not have a plan before going, you will find it difficult to get things done. With the huge lines and large crowds, planning things as you go is not an option.

Thoroughly research the park you will be visiting. Since there are so many rides at each park, it will be difficult to ride them all in a single visit. Note down the things you want to do during your trip and make a rough schedule. Planning ahead of time ensures you do not waste any time when you are at the park.

Expenses

Disney Park is nothing short of a magical place. Sadly, the magical experiences that it offers come at a price. Disney parks can be quite expensive. Once you add in travel costs, ride fares, tickets, and food, you’ll end up with a large sum of money. Check prices before going to the park and make a rough financial plan.

Aside from the basics, such as gas money and ticket costs, keep some money aside for emergencies. Accidents in parks are a common occurrence. So keep some money you can fall back on if anything happens. If you don’t end up spending that money, you can always use it to buy yourself a nice souvenir from the gift shop.

All 12 of the Disney Parks are amazing. They are all beautiful in their own ways and have fun rides for everyone to enjoy. However, the seven parks listed below are some of the most popular and my personal favorite Disney parks.

  1. Disneyland

Disneyland was the first Disney theme park ever built. Established in 1955, this is the only Disney park that Walt Disney helped build from start to finish. Carrying the legacy of the Walt Disney name, Disneyland has bits of magic and imagination lurking around every corner.

At Disneyland, there are a total of 53 attractions, with around 50 rides. Aside from this, the entire park is filled with the iconic Mickey Mouse symbol, along with all of your other favorite Disney characters. Aside from this, Disneyland also has 160 restaurants and food carts on its premises.

  • Disney’s Hollywood Studios

Disney’s Hollywood Studios are located in Orlando, Florida. This Disney Park is part of the Walt Disney World Resort. It intends to show Disney fans a glimpse of what Disney’s production studios are like.

Nowadays, the park is known for having amazing rides inspired by some of the best Disney films and TV shows. Some of the best Disney’s Hollywood Studios rides include The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror, Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance, Slinky Dog Dash, etc.

  • Tokyo DisneySea

Located in Tokyo, Japan, this theme park is all about the sea. If you want an amazing summer experience with water rides and swimming pools, this is the park for you. Built in the heart of the Tokyo Disney Resort, this theme park uses Japan’s natural beauty to enhance the Disney magic of the setting.

Aside from 29 amazing attractions and rides, Tokyo DisneySea also has some of the best food of all the Disney resorts. If you’re tired of the traditional experience and want to try something different, I suggest giving Tokyo DisneySea a visit.

  • Magic Kingdom

Disney’s Magic Kingdom Park is part of the Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, Florida. Recognized by the iconic Disney castle at its center, Disney’s Magic Kingdom pays homage to all of your favorite classic Disney films.

If you are a fan of old-school Disney and love princesses such as Snow White and Cinderella, Disney’s Magic Kingdom is the place for you. Aside from 23 thrilling rides, Disney’s Magic Kingdom also has seven stellar restaurants.

  • Disneyland Paris

Paris, on its own, is already a magical place with enchanting sites and a blissful atmosphere. When you add Disney magic on top of it, the overall experience is exquisite. Disneyland Paris has a total of 54 rides, making it one of the biggest Disney parks outside of America. Aside from this, Disneyland Paris also has around 50 different restaurants with food from all across the globe.

  • EPCOT

EPCOT is another Disney park located in Walt Disney World. Many do not know this, but EPCOT stands for Experimental Prototype Community of Tomorrow. Unlike Disney parks inspired by Disney movies, EPCOT was an experimental utopian city.

In the 1960s, Walt Disney used the latest technology and his imagination to create a prototype of an ideal city. In the 1980s, this experimental concept evolved into a theme park. Today, EPCOT is a futuristic Disney Park with nine amazing rides and more in the making.

  • Disney’s Animal Kingdom

This theme park is another beloved Disney park located in Walt Disney World. As you can tell by the name, Disney’s Animal Kingdom is a zoological park. The main attraction of Disney’s Animal Kingdom is the safari ride.

The safari takes you across the park to see many different live animals such as lions, zebras, deer, etc. Aside from the safari, Disney’s Animal Kingdom has more than 45 other animal-themed rides and attractions for you to enjoy.

Conclusion

With so many amazing and diverse attractions, deciding which Disney Park is the best is undoubtedly difficult. However, now that you know more about Disney parks, you can decide which one you like best and which ones will be on your must do list when you plan your next Disney World vacation!
