Something that I have keep getting asked about is where to find the best spas at Disney World when on a Disney vacation? I’ve always been curious as to what the spas are like. I mean who wouldn’t want to enjoy a massage after walking around the parks all day?
Sounds pretty magical right?!
Well, I’ve got good news for you. I’ve done the research and compiled it into one guide that you can easily read through.
If you truly want to have a relaxing vacation when you are at Disney World, then I strongly suggest you read through this article and pick the experience that will help you be able to chill on your next Disney vacation.
The best spas at Disney World are:

- Zahanati Massage at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge
La Vida Health Club
Located at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort, La Vida Health Club offers a fitness center, Salon and spa services. La Vida offers many different types of massage. Including custom massages that are tailored and very personal experiences that focus on personal needs.
They also offer pregnancy massages that are only offered after the first trimester of your journey. Mostly to ensure the safety of the mother-to-be and the child.
Of course, they also offer a massage for two in your own private room or Swedish massages as well.
You can easily address any skin concerns you have here as well. They offer custom facials and each facial is personalized to your skin needs and type. This also includes steam and extractions.
Mandara Spa
Located at the Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel, the Mandara Spa offers some services, unlike anything I have seen anywhere else in Disney World! They actually offer “spa journeys” which allow you to indulge in one of their globally influenced beauty treatments. Including facials, body wraps, bathing, and massage.
The Asian Journey
The Asian Journey offers several different types of health and wellness options for you including Balinese massage, breathing techniques, and facials.
Balinese Massage: The Balinese massage allows you to ease stress and encourage harmony within the body with a massage that combines stretching, long strokes and acupressure techniques to relieve tension and improve blood flow.
Wellness Wonder: Wellness wonder breathing release is where your therapist will combine deep, meditative breathing with movements and trigger point release tools to relieve head, neck and shoulder tension.
Mandara Signature Facial: They also offer a “Mandara Signature Facial” which allows you to achieve a healthy glow with a therapeutic treatment that includes deep cleansing, exfoliation, extractions, a pure oxygen spray to revitalize skin and microcurrent technology to lift and firm the skin. Hand, arm and scalp massage included.
Body Wrap: If you are more in the mood for a wrap you can check out their Mandara Coffee Body Polish and Coconut Milk Wrap. It uses an evocative blend of coffee granules and coconut oil plus a moisturizing body wrap, this treatment leaves skin feeling super soft.
Asian Bathing Ritual: Now, this has me written all over it. They actually offer something called the Asian Bathing Ritual where you soak in a blend of nourishing coconut and sweet almond lotus flower milk and yogurt.

The Indian Journey is very different offering peel facials as well as exfoliation options that will make your skin sparkle!
Fire & Ice Massage: This is an ice-cool massage complemented with heated Basalt stones and melted paraffin on the back. Personally, not my cup of tea, but for those looking for such an experience, this is probably the best place to have this done.
ELEMIS Precision Peel Facial: Independent clinical trials prove that this treatment can visibly resurface skin by up to 75% and increase skin smoothness by up to 32% after one treatment. Hand, arm and scalp massage included. This comes highly recommended from a good friend of mine although I’ve never done it personally.
Exotic Lime and Ginger Salt Glow: First, a refreshing exfoliation invigorates your body and softens skin to a glow.
Indian Bathing Ritual: Allows you to indulge in a bath of sandalwood, patchouli, hibiscus, cocoa butter, and jasmine flower milk. A very relaxing experience indeed!

Zahanati Massage
Now I’ve heard from many people that Zahanati Massage is the best there is in Disney World when it comes to getting a massage. But, since it is located at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge, I’ve never been there.
They do offer Sweedish, Pregnancy and custom massages like many of the other spas in Disney World. But one thing that they offer that isn’t mentioned very much is their custom facial, and from my understanding it is wonderful.

Conclusion
I know for me any one of these fabulous services would make a Disney vacation that much more relaxing. We usually take an “off day” from the parks during the middle of our stay and these would make a perfect addition to an off day for sure!
